Wedding Video Packages

All our wedding videos or rather DVDs in Perth are captured and fully edited in High Definition Video with menu selection. Final DVD can be provided either in Standard Definition or High Definition (Must be selected before your wedding day). An important note is that we  insert music of your choice, but we do not provide the music. As part of our agreement with you, you need to supply your choice of music on DVD on or before your wedding day. You are more than welcome to let us make the music selection, if not, full payment is requested as it delays the delivery of your DVD should you not provide us with the music. Special effects will be added where we think it is appropriate.

Capturing the “moment”

We advice you to always first view a videographer’s work and not just their show reals on their websites. It’s like an add. With high quality footage some may impress you.

Our packages starts from $700!

Hours are added as a guide. Main reason was we had brides having 4 hour church ceremonies and 12 hour receptions.

Wedding Video Package 1

• Bride’s arrival at Church/Gardens
• Recording of the in full Wedding Service
• After the wedding service, Guest Congratulations
• Filming of the formal family photos after the wedding ceremony

You will receive 2 copies of the finished DVD. Photo cover artwork included.

Maximum of 3 hours coverage.

Wedding Video Package 2

• Brides house, bridal preparation and dressing of the bride (1 hour of coverage)
• Bride’s arrival at Church/Gardens
• Recording of the full Wedding Service
• After the wedding service, Guest Congratulations
• Filming of the formal family photos after the Ceremony
• Filming of the photo shoot alongside your wedding Photographer in Perth
• Filming of the wedding parties arrival at reception
• Table shots as needed
• Mock Cake Cutting

Our videographer will leave prior to meal being served. You will receive 2 copies of your wedding DVD.

Maximum 6 hours coverage.

Wedding Video Package 3

• Brides house, bridal preparation and dressing of the bride (1 Hour of coverage. Deduct $100 if no recording is required of bride’s preparations)
• Bride’s arrival at Church/Gardens
• Recording of the full Wedding Service
• After the wedding service, Guest Congratulations
• Filming of the formal family photos after the Ceremony
• Filming of the photo shoot alongside your wedding Photographer
• Filming of the bridal parties arrival at reception
• Table Shots as required
• Full coverage of Speeches with cordless Microphones for our video cameras
• The cutting of the Cake and Bridal Waltz

Our wedding videographer will leave at 10:00pm.

You will receive 3 copies of the finished DVD.
Maximum of 10 hours coverage.

Wedding Video Package 4

Smile of love

• Brides house, bridal preparation and dressing of the bride (1 Hour of coverage. Deduct $100 if no recording is required of bride’s preparations)
• Bride’s arrival at Church/Gardens
• Recording of the full Wedding Service
• After the wedding service, Guest Congratulations
• Filming of the formal family photos after the Ceremony
• Filming of the photo shoot alongside your wedding Photographer
• Filming of the bridal parties arrival at reception
• Table Shots as required
• Full coverage of Speeches with cordless Microphones for our video cameras
• The cutting of the Cake and Bridal Walt
• Coverage of the Reception up to 12 midnight, or as required or needed for the wedding DVD

You will receive 3 copies of the finished DVD.
Maximum of 12 hours coverage.

Last Minute Wedding Video Package

• Bride’s house getting ready (1hour coverage)
• Bride’s arrival at Church/Gardens
• Guest Congratulations
• Family photos at ceremony
• Formal photo session with wedding photographer
• 1hour on reception only from entering of bridal couple
• Additional charge per hour $170.00

*** SUBJECT to availability *** 8 hours coverage, fully edited with 2 copies of wedding DVD. We consider a “Last Minute Wedding Video in Perth” as 4 weeks from your wedding date.

Additional options

Groom’s House – $200

I do

• Capture the complete day with the inclusion of the groom’s preparation. The groom is recorded before the bride’s make-up session. Time needs to be allowed for traveling between locations. Maximum 1hours of coverage. (Included in two camera booking)

• Additional per hour charge $170.00 per hour after pre booked package.

Original Footage – $100
Client may purchase original unedited footage up to 4 weeks after completed DVD. Client need to provide a hard disk drive for us to load onto.

Extra Copies – $40
Purchase extra copies of your special day.

Multiple Cameras – Price on Request
We highly recommend a second stationary camera at church.

Additional Camera Equipment

Extra videographer and full gear to record wedding video
Second videographer are recommended for church or full day shoot. Extra charge is $150 per hour or $800 flat rate, unlimited.

Additional hours booked @$170.00 per hour.

Standard Included in All Packages

Short highlight DVD at end of your wedding DVD. (Duration of 1 song Valued at $650 included)
Wedding DVD covers design and artwork. Cover printing plus DVD case included.
Website YouTube highlights DVD. (We reserve the right not to upload)
